GETFIXED SHIPPING POLICY:

At GetFixed, we provide shipping services primarily for mail-in repair orders. Please review the following shipping terms before sending in your device.
MAIL-IN REPAIR SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their device to GetFixed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We recommend using:
• A sturdy box
• Protective padding / bubble wrap
• Tracking service
• Insurance for higher-value items
GetFixed is not responsible for damage caused during transit to our location due to insufficient packaging or carrier mishandling.
RETURN SHIPPING
Once service is completed and all balances are paid, repaired devices will be returned using the shipping method selected or standard shipping at our discretion unless otherwise agreed.
Tracking information may be provided when available.
TURNAROUND TIME
Repair turnaround times vary depending on:
• Device type
• Parts availability
• Diagnostic complexity
• Workload volume
Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING DELAYS
GetFixed is not responsible for delays caused by:
• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL
• Weather events
• Carrier errors
• Lost or delayed packages outside our control
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing the correct return shipping address. GetFixed is not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
UNCLAIMED / RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to receive delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
DATA & DEVICE CONDITION
Customers should back up important data before shipping devices. GetFixed is not responsible for pre-existing issues, shipping-related data loss, or devices damaged prior to arrival.
