Deposit Disclaimer

At GetFixed, we generally require a 50% deposit for all repairs and appointments. This deposit ensures your appointment time is reserved and the necessary parts are secured for your repair, eliminating the risk of reassignment to another customer. We value your time and are committed to not wasting it.

Deposit Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: The 50% deposit paid at the time of booking your repair or appointment is non-refundable. This deposit guarantees your appointment slot and secures the parts required for your repair.

 

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. However, the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment and will not be refunded.

 

  • Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded, as it covers the cost of reserving your time and securing your parts.

 

  • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

 

  • Exclusions: In the rare event that GetFixed is unable to complete your repair due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund a portion of the deposit or offer alternative solutions to address your repair needs. Please note that a portion of the deposit will be retained to compensate our technicians time equal to a minimum of an hours' worth of labor, ensuring that we can continue to provide the best service in the region.
