We back all of our repairs with an 180 day warranty. Screen replacements to HDMI ports, we want to make a statement with the quality of our repairs. You never have to suffer!

Screen Replacements

Thats pretty much what you came here for right? We are sure you don't want to come back for the same thing. All of our screen replacements have an 180 day warranty meaning if it stops working for whatever reason (check exclusions clause) you get that screen replaced FOR FREE! No hidden fees, no gimmicks just bring the phone back to us and let us do our magic!

Exclusions

Dang it! There's always a catch...right? Wrong. The only exclusions we have here at GetFixed is if you PHYSICALLY smash the repair or decide to throw it in the toilet. Water Damage and Physical Impact Damage is not supported in our warranty. If you bring the phone back to us physically damaged or the device soaking in water, our warranty will no longer be in place for that device. (But that doesn't mean we can't help you fix it <3)

 

Examples.

  1. We repair your phone screen and it comes back physically broken = NO WARRANTY

  2. We repair your phone screen and it comes back with touch issues/dead pixels/no image at all but no signs of physical damage = WARRANTY GOOD

  3. We replaced your HDMI port on your PS5 and its physically broken = NO WARRANTY

  4. We replaced your HDMI port and the image stops working but it looks fine = Warranty GOOD
